China is going to build refinery in Sri LankaĀ
Sinopec will make refinery for 4.5 Billion Dollars investment after proposal approval by Sri Lanka from Chinese state. Sinopec will start basic engineering design, including finalizing the size of the refinery and technical configuration, after getting official approval.
Iraq has been focused in negotiation with SHELL to finalize for new petrochemical plant construction agreement , Nibras petrochemical of 8.5 Billion dollarsĀ
They are reaching a final formula to launch the project
51% belongs to Iraq Oil Ministry and remain 49% belongs to SHELL.
Capacity around 1.8 million tonnes per year and project will be completed during 4-5 years
