Iraq has been focused in negotiation with SHELL to finalize for new petrochemical plant construction agreement , Nibras petrochemical of 8.5 Billion dollarsÂ
They are reaching a final formula to launch the project
51% belongs to Iraq Oil Ministry and remain 49% belongs to SHELL.
Capacity around 1.8 million tonnes per year and project will be completed during 4-5 years
